Convictions of a strong team

1. Authenticity is everything. We are not leaders who shepherd, we are shepherds who lead!

    2. Ownership isn’t optional. We are not employees at a company, we are ministers of The Gospel of Jesus!

    3. Mission is our mandate. God doesn’t exist to serve our mission. We exist to serve His.

    4. Problems are opportunities. Problems are the opportunities God has given us to change the world! There are seasons where we have more “opportunities” than others!

    5. Together we Win. We can do more as a team than we could ever do individually.
